Do you suffer from a racing mind? Do you feel like you have no time for yourself and that emotions overwhelm you? Or perhaps it's difficult for you to feel anything at all? Do you find yourself worrying? Do you have a sense that life is slipping through your fingers, with weeks turning into months and months turning into years?
If you answered yes to at least one of the above questions, we invite you to join this course.
It will help you find more balance and peace in your life, giving you the opportunity to connect with your own emotions.
Mindfulness is about opening yourself up to experiencing your life in its full dimension, in every moment and moment-to-moment, with presence and acceptance.
Mindfulness helps expand self-awareness. Through it, you can better understand the workings of your mind and body, as well as the nature of emotions and thoughts, allowing you to broaden your perspective and enjoy life more. The mindfulness course is practical in nature, and your own experience is the foundation for learning. The group, in a safe atmosphere of curiosity and kindness, is helpful in this process as you explore how the mind operates.
No prior preparation or experience in mindfulness practice is needed to participate in the program.
