"Mindfulness Training for Teachers and Parents: Living with Mindfulness.

Join us for an 8-week mindfulness training for teachers, parents, and individuals working with children - the Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) - from the comfort of your own home.

What can mindfulness change in your interactions with children? Why is it important for you as a parent or caregiver to prioritize self-care and mental well-being when you usually put your child's training first? We will explore our minds while training them to develop habits that enhance the quality of our lives. You can invite your child into your own peace.

This course is for you if you:

  • Seek more peace and are looking for ways to cope with daily stress.
  • Want to gain a better understanding of your mind and your reactions.
  • Need to learn how to be mindful and non-judgmental in your interactions with others.
  • Wish to find strategies for dealing with anger and challenging student behaviors.
  • Want to replace automatic reactions towards others with mindful responses.
  • Aim to offer peace and full acceptance in difficult student behaviors, just as they are.

Mindfulness training is not a form of psychotherapy or relaxation training, although it may partly fulfill both of these functions.
